We gladly accept the insurance plans listed below. If your plan is not listed, please call us at (704) 775-4660 as we are always adding new insurance plans.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be any copayment, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.
- Aetna
- Ambetter
- Humana/Tricare
- United Healthcare
- UMR
- Medicaid Direct
- All managed care plans (Amerihealth Caritas, Wellcare, Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete Health, United Healthcare)
- All Tailored Plans (Partners, Alliance, Vaya, Trillium)
- Self pay rates for the uninsured or if your insurance plan does not cover therapy.
This is not an all inclusive list. Please call the office to verify other insurance plans.
Note: We collect an evaluation cost on your first visit, and copays/coinsurance at the date of service.
How to get started
Please call your child’s pediatrician or treating physician and have them fax (fax# 704-775-4466) or email (endeavors.pediatric.therapy@gmail.com) the referral for the therapy need of your child.
